Perishable Goods

At Manna Groceries, we take pride in the quality of our fresh products. Please note that perishable goods such as fresh vegetables, dairy, and frozen items cannot be returned once they have been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at mannagroup.halmstad@gmail.com or call us at +46 764559751. You must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery for perishable items and within 14 days for non-perishable packaged goods.

Refunds

Once we inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
